Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay.
Quick question — when you installed the Nest app on your iPhone 13, did you sign in using the same email address you're using on your old phone? If yes, were you able to sign in successfully and see your Nest thermostat there? Also just to let you know, you don't need redo the setup of your thermostat if the only change done is you've replaced your phone. All you need to do is login to your Nest app on your new iPhone using the email address you used to setup your thermostat and you should be good to go.
