Central heating not working via Thermostat or Heatlink

Hi,

 

I can't switch on my heating via the thermostat or via manual mode on the Heatlink.

 

The thermostat and Heatlink are talking to each other.

I have fully charged the thermostat.

I have switched everything off and on again.

I have re-paired the connection between the thermostat and Heatlink. All connectivity appears to be present and correct.

I do not see any error code in the Thermostat or via app.

 also, th boiler does not attempt to fire.

It is a combi boiler where hot water seemingly works fine.

Hey @kamshafiq,

 

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing, but I'll try to help you fix it. Please go next to the Heat Link and call for Heat from the Nest app and listen for a click. Afterwards turn it off and listen for a click again. Do the same with the Hot Water boost(if you use it) and let me know if you hear the clicks.

Central heating:

I hear clicks when I switch on and off via Nest App. Nothing happens to boiler.

 

Hot water:

Works fine - no issues.
