I have am using a 3rd generation learning thermostat. I started with an old email address and have changed to a new one. Now the screen is asking to add a product but when I try to get the number it says that it is already connected. How do I move it to my new address?

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community.
You will need to reset the account connection settings of your thermostat first. This is to disassociate it from the old email address that it is currently connected to. Take a look at this link for the step by step guide: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp
