Changing boiler temperature - Nest V3

Hi all, I have a quick question in relation to the water temperature that's being supplied by my boiler. It's set at 60C, and whenever I try to change the temperature in the Nest app, it resets back to 0C in the app (but in reality it remains at 60C).

Also, when I try to change the temperature on my boiler itself, it first seems like it's changed but then it automatically reverts back to 60C as well. So I'm not sure what to do: how can I change the water temperature that's being supplied to my radiators?

Depending what kind of boiler you have there may be dials to adjust this on the boiler itself. I’ve got a Baxi combi boiler and the heating and water temps are adjusted via dials.

Yes, I did try to increase the temperature on the boiler itself (to 70C), but the supply temperature still does not exceed 60C when the heating turns on. So for some reason it seems to be capped at 60C... Any suggestions?
