Compatability Question

I don't see DX+ when going through the compatibility test... can you look at the attachedScreen Shot 2022-08-08 at 7.51.03 AM.png and advise please.

No, in no rush to spend extra money to get it to work but thanks for all the replies and help.

Hey there, 

 

Thanks for these added details and I'm sorry for the delay. 

 

It seems that you have a communicating thermostat which is not compatible with our Nest thermostats. However, we have several users who were able to successfully set up one after rewiring their system. Please contact a can be a pro installer to discuss your options.
