How do I connect my wiring to the 3rd generation Nest thermostat?

A. There are instruction included. 
b. You’re not compatible - like me - because of the V wire. 

Thanks for your reply but it’s a Y wire not a V wire.

A heating technician looked at my furnace and said the Nest is not compatible due to the O and B wires.
