Compatibility of nest learning thermostat with existing ATM11C03

I have purchased a condo with 2 ATM11C03 thermostats made by Climatemaster.  I would like to replace them with a smart thermostat.  Can anyone tell me if this wiring would be compatible and if it is something I can do or if I need to hire someone to replace the thermostat with a smart thermostat?  I replaced several before but the wiring pattern was easier than on this unit as I'm not sure what to do with the g and g1 wires. Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum and for choosing Nest. It looks like your system has a variable speed fan. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with the Nest Thermostats.
