Compatibility with Photo

Hello, Just wanted to have more assurance that a Google Nest Thermostat will be compatible with my system. I have a White-Rodgers 1F85-277 Thermostat now -

Attached is a photo of the config - the only thing I can't see or determine with my abilities is whether or not it meets the voltage requirement

Hi urufuls,

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

The Nest Thermostats don't need any jumper wires to be connected, as they have one built-in. To be sure that your system is compatible, please gather the make and model of your HVAC system and share with us a photo of its control board showing how the wires are being labeled so we can see the purpose.

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,
Mark

Hey there,

I don't want to be a nudge, but I'd like to check if your system is compatible with the help I needed above. Let me know so we can move forward.

Regards,

Mark

Hello urufuls,

I'm checking in to make sure that you've seen my response. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns before we close this thread in 24 hours.

Thanks,

Mark

Hi, thanks for your reply. I had a service rep come out and state that my system was actually a two stage system so the regular Google Nest wouldn’t work. And a Google nest Two stage system is way too expensive for me. But thanks for your insight.

Hey there urufuls,

Thanks for getting back to us. I appreciate you consulting with the HVAC technician. If ever you changed your mind, here is an article to learn more about the Nest Thermostat's compatibility, and let me know if you have more questions. Otherwise, I'll lock this thread for 24 hours.

Best regards,
Mark
