Compatibility?

I was so excited to get my new Nest Learning Thermostat and was sure it would be compatible with the wiring in my home but started the set-up process and now am not so sure... Does anyone know if my system (picture of wiring attached) is compatible?  It's the dual labels that are confusing me, plus the compatibiltiy checker asks if my O/B wire is white or orange, but I think mine is blue?

You are compatible.

Give this wiring a try

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1

Blue - O/B to OB

White - AUX to W2 (set as AUX heat)

Red - R to Rc

Check to see if you have a spare wire behind your thermostat and if yes, use it to make a C wire. If you don't I recommend using the Nest Power Connector so you don't have problems down the road. This is optional, but I always encourage it.
