Apologies for the delay in response, but welcome to our community! I'm glad to see that you're considering a thermostat from Nest. Let's see what's going on with your wiring setup. 
 
I see you have both an Rc and Rh wire. These wires are for your heating and cooling systems, but are wired to different power sources in order to function. Likely, you have a dual-fuel system, which would require a Nest Pro's assistance in order to prevent any damage to your HVAC.
