Compatibility

We currently have a Comfortmaker furnace/heat pump.  This is a photo of the wires,  I checked the compatibility checker and it stated I needed more help.  Does anyone know if this would be compatible with a Nest thermostat?

No, it is not compatible as it is using a proprietary interface.

Look in the furnace/air handler and see if there is a terminal block with the 24vac controls. If it does, then you can use them to install a Nest thermostat.
