Can you tell me if this is compatible for Google Nest?

We just moved in to a mobile home built in 2020 and the thermostat is awful. We want to use the Google nest but not sure if this wiring system is compatible.

The problem with mobile homes' HVAC systems is they don't always use a 24vac system, and the Nest only works with a 24vac system.

How is it connected to the HVAC? Are there wire nuts connecting the thermostat wires to the HVAC?

@Patrick_Caezza  I do believe there were wire nuts with two different sized wires (a tiny circumference and one large circumference wire) that seemed connected up under the wire nut. I had to put it back together and didn't think to grab a picture of that part, so hopefully that helps answer your question. I'm not smart with this stuff by any means
