Thank you very much for contacting the community! I understand you have a White-Roger's thermostat with G, Y, and C wires. To determine if the Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen) is compatible with your system, I would like to ask a few questions:
- What is the make and model of your system?
- Is your current thermostat system a low-voltage (24V) or high-voltage (120V/240V) system?
- Do you have any 'jumper wires' (short wires connecting two terminals) on your current thermostat?
If you still can't upload photos, you can use a file-sharing service:
- Upload the photo to a secure service like Google Photos or Google Drive.
- Make sure the link's sharing settings are set to "Anyone with the link can view."
- Paste that link directly into your reply on the forum.
