Conection Issues

Ive just changed Internet provider and now after connecting to wifi I keep getting off-line messages and my app wont change the temperature on my thermostat but when maually setting the temperature on the thermostat, the app will also update.  Ive tried resetting the thermostat by holding for 10sec.  Also im using the latest version of app.  It seems to connect successfully and then after 10mins the issues occur.  Thanks

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. 

 

Aside from the change of routers and internet service provider, are there other changes made on the connection or setup of your thermostat recently? The disconnect happens randomly, right? Also, if your thermostat is disconnected from your Wi-Fi network, do you still see something on  it's display?
