Anyone have any thoughts on wiring my new 3rd Gen Nest Learning Thermostat? (photo below)
The system I'm connecting it to is a brand new Rheem system with electric heat (not heat pump), and a traditional AC system. The contractor installed it with a Honeywell Pro T4 thermostat, wired based on this.....
