Connect my phone to thermostat

Husband’s phone is connected but mine won’t let me control thermostat.

Hey Sandi,

I would be happy to assist you, and ensure you are able to control the thermostat with your phone as well. Do you mind me asking if your husband uses the Nest app, or the Google Home app, to control the device? He will want to log into the app and from there, create a home and add you to that. This will allow both of you to control the device using different phones. 

I have found a helpful article that provides you with more details on how to do that. Please let me know if that helps, or if you are still running into any trouble from here.
