I have been using the Nest thermostat successfully for several years. but last week my phone app disconnected from my thermostat. Have done several things from replacing the app to disconnecting the nest from the network and reconnecting to my network.
I can see my thermostat fine on my desktop. When I go to the Settings on the thermostat and Nest App, I cannot find anything about an Entry Key to enter into my phone. It does not come up.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your thermostat in the Nest app. I'd love to help.
To get the entry code, you'll find this on your thermostat device settings itself; look for the "Nest App" option. But if your thermostat shows connected, you might be logged in with a different email address in the Nest app. If this is the case, try signing out and back in with different email accounts. You can also verify the email address used on your desktop.
