HVAC cycling on and off every 20 seconds with new Nest Thermostat

Installed my second Nest Thermostat and my HVAC unit is now cycling on and off every 25 seconds.

Ok, to help user better, when posting always post the picture of the old thermostat showing the wires connect to the terminals.  Post the picture of the Nest back plate with the wires attached.  What is the system mode the Nest thermostat is in when this reported problem appears? When you performed the system tests at the end of the installation process, did the Heat, and cooling system work properly?
