Permanently disable seasonal savings

I keep being prompted to opt in to seasonal savings.  The feature doesn’t work (feedback on internet is nearly unanimous) and when it prompts me for opt in, the app can’t connect until I physically get up out of bed and opt-out.  

I do not want to receive a prompt ever again and I definitely don’t want the prompt to prevent me from accessing the thermostat with the app.  I’m not trying to “turn off” seasonal savings, I’m trying to prevent the prompt for opt-in from popping up every season.
