Connecting Nest 3rd Generation with 7 Wires System

Need help with connecting wires to Nest 3rd Generation Learning Thermostat. Have tried a few options but can't even get it to turn on.

Thanks for the photo of your original thermostat wires and for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. 

A few questions — are you getting  message or a code on your Nest Learning Thermostat? Could you share a photo of how you wired it? Also, are you comfortable tracing that blue B wire to your HVAC's control board if this is a common wire or indeed for your heat pump? You may also refer to your current thermostat's manual if you have it.
