Hello Sung1,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Nest Thermostat connecting to the network. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue together. Here are a few steps you can follow for the Nest Thermostat offline article:

  1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that there are no issues with the internet connection. Try connecting other devices to the same network to verify its stability.
  2. A simple router reboot can solve connectivity issues. Unplug your router, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in. Allow it to fully restart and try connecting your thermostat again.
  3. Check your thermostat settings for any message codes that could be a potential issue with it disconnecting from the Nest app.
  4. Electronic devices, walls, or other obstacles can interfere with Wi-Fi signals. Make sure there are no new devices or changes in your home that might be causing interference.
  5. If the issue persists, you may want to consider resetting your Nest Thermostat. Follow the instructions for a factory reset, and then set it up again from scratch.

Let us know how it goes.

Best regards,
Mark
