To better assist, please provide the following information: 

  • Which type of Nest Thermostat do you have? 
  • Are you getting any error messages or codes? 
  • Is this a new installation? or has your thermostat been connected before?
  • What is displayed on the Nest app?
  • How far is your thermostat from your router?

 

Once we have this information, we can provide a solution based on the specific issue.
