Continuous N260 error after installing transformer

Hi All, 

When installing my Nest Thermostat, it was advised through the application that I needed the Nest power connector, which was installed and used in conjunction with a 24v transformer to support the power needs (screen shot of the power screen below). There was a vacant wire for the thermostat that was not being used, I used that and wired the transformer to match this diagram (C wire is installed on the nest base plate to complete the circuit).  However, I am still getting the N260 power error. 

Where am I going wrong?
