Cooling Issue

My thermostat is not cooling my home. What do I need to do?

I am having the same issue

To help with this, forum members would need more information.  E.g., does the Nest screen show an error message?  Can you set the Nest to make its display show that it's willing to try to cool to your desired temperature?  If the screen does show that, does the compressor come on?  And so on.  What is it that you're doing and seeing, specifically?
