Wont connect to app

I already had the thermostat connected and running fine then bout 6 months ago it disconnected itself and won't reconnect....i get no error codes or anything..i just have to adjust thermostat manually.  help please

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • Does the Nest Thermostat show offline in the app?
