Cooling selected but only heat comes out

I had a Honeywell previously and it works fines when I changed out to my nest thermostat I can not activate the a/c. It only activates the heat when on cooling mode.

This sounds like it’s probably an issue with the wiring of the system. I’d double check the installation.
