My thermostat has a crack in the black part at the bottom and has a flashing green light. Even after a manual restart, it will only load the nest logo before restarting again. The app says the thermostat is offline and cannot connect even with WiFi all working. The light on the heat link is on a continual yellow. I have also tried charged the thermostat but not luck. Any advice?
