Customer Service - Notice all threads are locked

I have gone ahead and copied/pasted and saved an entire conversation with the Google/Nest Support team on my computer.    I would bet my house that so many of you have dealt with the worlds worst customer service team like I have and then come to find out one of the following happens.

1.  Out of warranty - sorry

2.  Have you reached out to  NestPro (you have to pay for)

3.  Your thread that discusses the worlds worst customer service, magically gets locked so you cant respond.

4.  A million other ways Google/Nest is big business that truly does not have a care in the world about you.

I am not computer savvy but for any of you that are, I would love for you to create a seperate website that google/nest cannot control and get the message out there to stop buying their products.  They last long enough to exceed the warranty and then you are out $100-$500.  

This NEEDS TO STOP and our money matters.  I have my entire conversation which is quite comical.  If you would like a copy, let me know.
