I bought a nest thermostat and I bought a cwire connector.. I then paid 100$ for a guy to come install it.. when he first got here he said it wasn’t compatible then after a call with his boss he made the thermostat work.. he said he didn’t need the cwire and was done.. so I returned the cwire and now my thermostat keeps dying and I’m freezing and irritated especially when all signs point to I need that cwire. This is not my mistake. I did the research before I bought the product bought the cwire like the research said and pod a guy 100$ to install the thermostat and apparently he did t know what he was doing and now I need a cwire and my thermostat is always dead! Please help make this right.. it’s winter here
