Please answer the following questions to help me investigate this further:
- Is this a new installation, or are you replacing an existing thermostat that was already working with this system? If you have a previous thermostat, please send a clear picture of the current wiring.
- Could you please post a clear picture of your Daikin system's control board wiring?
- Does your current system manage any additional equipment, such as a whole-home humidifier, dehumidifier, or a multi-speed fan?
- Do you have a gas furnace for backup heat, or is it just electric "heat strips" in the vents?
- When was the last time the air filters were changed or the furnace was serviced?
