Daikin R410A series with gen 3 Nest thermostat?

Hi I've recently installed a minisplit system RX18RMVJU from Daikin. It's a 2 ton ducted minisplit. 220v. The system comes with a Daikin wire remote controller that only has 2 wire and they are labeled P1 P2. I'm wondering if this would be compatible with a gen3 nest or any nest thermostat at all?

Most mini-split systems are not compatible with any thermostat other than what was provided.

There is a third-party device that allows the integration of a smart thermostat into a mini-split system.

It is made by Airzone and is called  Aidoo Pro Inverter/VRF, model #AZAI6WSPDA0.

I have not used one yet, but I was very impressed by a demo of one in operation.
