My heat link which has been working fine until today is now completely dead and a message shows on the thermostat that it cannot reach the link. Supply is fine there are no lights on the link unit. I've tried the 30 second button to reset. I see many others have had this issue. I now have no heating. Do these get replaced when this fault happens... how do we go about getting a replacement? Thanks
