My E thermostat was disconnected when i went on holiday. When i came back the battery had died completely. I plugged the thermostat back in and once waiting 2-3 hours to get charged, i have this symbol on the screen.
When i press for 10 seconds plus, the Google 'G' sign appears for a short time then it goes back to the house/arrow sign. This product was provided by my energy supplier and they indicated that any problems have to be dealt with through Google. Please advise

I hace the same problem: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Thermostats/Thermostat-E-not-connecting-to-app-TD023/m-p...
Does anybody knows how to fix it? My Nest is new, so it is the initial installation

In my case, I had to phone Google Technical Service. After some tests with them I had to send my thermostat to Google and they sent me another one that worked well
