Dead Heat Link

Suddenly found my 3rd gen thermostat heat link dead. No advance warning, just dead. Have tried resetting, powering up and down, and praying, to no avail. Can someone please tell me how to get a replacement. Its still under warranty

Thanks for keeping us posted @Frankmob .

I am happy to hear you managed to get in touch with our colleagues to get things back on track.

Hi @sun28oli and @Ashleighgroves5 . Do you still need assistance with your thermostats?

Exactly the same problem here: heat link suddenly completely dead. No indicator lights, 220 V input is available but 12v output is not. Reset by powering off and on, or button pushing for 10+ sec. or 20+ sec. does not work. Completely unexpected and unacceptable. Where to look for a replacement, preferably before winter is coming?

Hello everyone, thank you so much for reaching out. Can you tell us if something happens if you press the Heat Link button for 30 seconds?

Yes, but in the meantime I contacted support; the heat link is declared dead and a replacement should be on its way.
