Dead heat link

Hi, I have got up this morning to a dead heatlink... No lights.. I tried resetting no joy.. I am also a gas engineer... This heatlink has been in for over a year with no previous issues and I have installed alot of them. But for some reason my heatlink is dead, I have also checked power ... 

Any suggestions?

I am not sure where you are, but it is in the EU. Please check out THIS blog post.
Your best option will be to reach out to Google Nest support to see if you can get your Heat Link replaced. 🙂
