Desperate need for Nest Support phone line!!!

I desperately need to speak to someone at Google Nest UK. My heating thermostat doesn't work and none of the NEST suggestions are viable. There is no obvious phone number to call and no online chat support. This is awful customer service! Can someone suggest what number i can call. There used to be a google support number, but it was buried beneath multiple layers and took ages of searches to find. I can't find it anymore. I guess google can't be bothered to invest in easy phone support!
