Hi, I have a second generation nest thermostat and when I go into the app, it tells me that it will no longer be supported October 25, 2025. And they also mentioned that a discount code was sent to my email To purchase a fourth generation nest but I have never received it.

I’m experiencing the same issue as @Gersappe I have a Nest Learning Thermostat (1st Gen, 2011) and haven’t received the email with the upgrade offer or promo code.
I’ve completed the form as requested, please can you check to see if this has been received and processed accordingly?

Thanks a lot. I just submitted the form. One issue is that the thermostat was registered under another email, #. When I called nest, they said they verified it and would get back to me but never did. I even sent them pictures of the old thermostat etc.

I have 2 thermometers I ordered one a while ago but my garage needs a thermostat. But I need the discount code for the garage one.
