Display of my nest 3 is cyan?!?

The display of my nest learning thermostat 3 become cyan. How to revert to standard colors or this is hardware issue.

This isn't a hardware issue and is nothing to be concerned about. It means your thermostat is in cooling mode. If you turn the temperature up, you'll see the display colour change to orange.

The thermostat controls a gas boiler. And in heating mode, the color remains cyan unfortunately

Then it could be that something isn't working quite right. You can run a test to check:

  1. Press the thermostat to open the menu, then tap the Settings cog.
  2. Go to Equipment. You'll see the wires that your thermostat has detected. 
  3. Select Continue.
  4. Next you'll see the system components that you can test. Select Test to begin testing.

I will do it tomorrow. Meanwhile, there is only 12 volt direct current and wireless connection to the Heatlink

 the screenshot is from the Nest app. Tomorrow I'll be home and will send you from the thermostat

Please let us know if you sent a reply to our email with the short video of the thermostat turning the heating on and off by lowering and raising the temperature rotating the ring so we can log the color behavior. Because so far, we can't find any email with this.
