Display will not remain attached to base

My display will not stay connected to the base I have to constantly play with it to keep it connected and the slightest touch it will dislodge.

You need to double check the screws that are holding the base onto the wall. If the base is too close to the wall or in a hole, slight depression, it will not allow the base and the face to connect. In the past I have corrected this by putting a small little spacer basically a flat washer, behind the base against the wall when I screw it in to cause the base to sit a little farther away from the wall. This aloud my face to snap on and stay.
