Does my Nest thermostat still work if the wifi is down.

I have a nest thermostat working the heating in a holiday home.  There will be no wifi until April this year.  The heating was set to come on when the temperature dropped below 10 Degrees when everything worked.  Will the heating still come on if the temp drops below 10 degrees.

The Google Nest Thermostat only requires internet access during set up. The Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen, or the Nest Thermostat E don't require it.

Once the thermostats have been set up, they no longer require internet access. You just can't access them remotely.
