I have spent so much time searching to try to locate a new backplate for my thermostat, that I have decided to remove all of my nest products. The fact that the only way to get information is to search through threads is a complete waste of time. I will now stop recommending there products. I was a big Google fan , but no longer. Technical support should not be , a rabbit hole for the consumer to fall into.
