E-Learning Series 3 - Changed wifi PW and now Appwill not connect?

I changed the wifi password and both of our thermostats are working fine. However, the app will no longer recognize them.  I deleted the thermostats from the app, restarted the thermostats, deleted the app and reinstalled it but still not able to connect.

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear you aren't being able to connect your Nest Thermostat's to the Nest App. No worries, help is here! Let's try some troubleshooting steps:

 

  1. On your Nest Thermostat, Go to Settings > Reset > Account connection
  2. Try to connect it to the Nest App.
