E195 error no a/c on the evenings

Hello

 I have my Nest Thermostat for about 5 yrs and it has been working perfectly until a couple of days ago that started giving the error E195. The error happens mostly during the evenings, causing the AC to not operate and house to start building heat...

I have done all what is suggested  like restarting, plug it to a usb to get charged, rewire it. After this, it works, but then the next day it happens again.

What can I do?
