Any suggestions on clearing this error? Have tried turning on and off, checked coils for freezing, and drip pan.

It means no power is seen on Rh so you have to check if the main system wires has 24V on the terminals R and C with a multimeter.

Or check if the power was turned off the the system or the breaker tripped.

Some systems have a fuse on the main board looks like a car plug in fuse that can blow and it stops the 24v signal power.
