We got the e73 report a couple of weeks ago and contacted nest support. They said the issue was with the back plate and sent a new one. It worked fine for the first week or two. Now we are getting the same e73 wiring report? What is the problem? Obviously it wasn’t an issue with just the back plate. Is it just a faulty thermostat? We’ve only had it a little over a year.
