E74 code no power to rh wire

I have had my generation 3 next for a few years. Just this week it started showing:

E74 code no power to rh wire

I have charged the unit, I have reset the unit, checked the wires, followed all of the instructions but the same message persists.

what do I do? We are getting cold over here!

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest community. We're sorry for any trouble this may have caused you. Let's check this out. Gather the power reading of the Nest Learning Thermostat. Follow the steps below:

  1. Press the thermostat ring to bring up the Quick View menu.
  2. Turn the ring to Settings and press to select.
  3. Turn the ring to Technical Info and press to select.

Also, if I may ask, do you have a multimeter?
