E79 no power on my thermostat

My threads got locked before I saw the replies. I need help in getting this resolved. My thermostat kept showing E79, there are times that it's cleared and I can control my heat, this is when I charge the display manually for at least 15 minutes. Any info why am I getting this?

Hi Halbrand,

E79 means that there is no power to C wire detected. To troubleshoot this, check this link.

Keep us posted,

Best,
Mel
