E9 wiring report how do I fix?

I have this e9 wiring error report on my nest. How can I fix this?

Do you have a Wire installed into the C terminal?

Can you post a picture of the original thermostat wiring and another of the Nest wiring?

I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.

Thanks for looking into this, @Patrick_Caezza.

@Cdaca, in addition to what was asked above, it appears that your common wire may not be properly grounded, so the system uses power sharing but doesn’t get enough energy.

Could you gather the power readings in the Technical Info option with and without the C-wire connected? Please turn off the power from your HVAC system at the breaker box before touching the wire. Also, if the wiring report disappears, leave the common wire disconnected and restart your thermostat to refresh.
