heat link stopped working

My nest gen3 heatlink has suddenly stopped working. There are no lights, but I checked the feed wire and its getting 230v still. When I plug In a micro USB to the unit the heatlink turns on and connects to the nest, but it will not activate the relay in either manual or auto mode in order to switch on the heating. I've read a lot of the same issues are happening with the heatlink, how can I get this resolved. I am in Ireland.

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. A few questions: did you experience a power outage in your area before the issue occurred? How many hours were you able to charge your Nest Thermostat?
