Early-ON feature still runs when set to off

I am having an issue with the Early-On feature.  I have the feature off but the system still starts early.  I also have the max duration set to 0 hours but it still activates.  

As we are on a Hydro program to reduce our consumption during peak hours I need to ensure my Nest thermostat does not turn on the furnace before the set time.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for bringing this up here in the Google Nest Community. Let’s look into this. There are a couple other reasons why the Nest Learning Thermostat changes the temperature automatically, one thing you can check is the auto schedule. Aside from the ear-on feature, this is one of the Nest Thermostat features that can make automatic changes to your target temperature.

1. Go to Settings Nest Sense Auto-Schedule (Turn off Auto-Schedule).
